Own Garden, Kilometer zero

Working with local products and from nearby suppliers contributes to the development of sustainable tourism: it fosters knowledge of the local product and producer, reduces travel and freight transport, thus helping to reduce harmful gases for the planet and also promotes and intensifies the economy of the area.
This year 2021 Aiguaclara has taken another step in this zero kilometer policy: we have assumed the operation of a municipal garden in Begur where we have started to grow our own vegetables. Without a doubt, the fruit of this orchard will not supply 100% of our needs, but it will put a new grain of sand in our path in the fight for a circular economy.
